Appalachian Power Park takes a simple seating approach for fans. The bulk of the park’s seating is comprised of box seats, which run behind home plate and down each baseline at field level. Box seats cost just $7 in advance or $9 when purchased on game day. The park has a pair of general admission bleachers down the lines, close to the foul poles. A ticket in either of these spots will run you $5 in advance or $7 on game day.
For a fun, party atmosphere, you can add $25 to the cost of your ticket to grab a spot on the multi-level Budweiser Party Deck, found in the right field corner. Not only does this spot provide a great view of Appalachian Power Park, but it’s also directly above the Power bullpen, which gives you a bird’s eye view of the bullpen staff warming up.
One of the perks of the ballpark is its numerous vantage points from which to watch the game. If you’re the type of fan who enjoys exploring the park during the game, you’ll enjoy the standing-room areas along the outfield concourse, the historic handful of seats in center field from Watt Powell Park, which was built in 1948, and the temporary bleacher seats behind the right field fence.
The biggest thing to remember is that for all tickets, you’ll pay $2 more when you buy on the day of the game. If you’re planning a trip to Charleston, do your wallet a favor and buy tickets in advance to save a few bucks.
