The major league ballpark in Miami has gone by Marlins Park and LoanDepot Park during its relatively short life, but it might be more appropriate to call it “The House That Stanton Built.”

In this list, we’re counting down the 10 longest home runs at LoanDepot Park through the 2022 season. It’s important to note that these home runs are only from 2015 onward, when MLB’s Statcast began to officially track the distance of each MLB home run. To no one’s surprise, this list includes a whole lot of Giancarlo Stanton — the only question is does he have the longest home run in the park’s history? (All videos appear courtesy of MLB.)

Here’s a look at the 10 longest home runs at LoanDepot Park in Miami.

10. Giancarlo Stanton — 461 feet

We’ll kick this list off with an entry from Giancarlo Stanton — who else, right? Stanton drilled a 461-foot home run off Atlanta’s Cody Martin on May 15, 2015. The ball left Stanton’s bat at 113.5 mph and landed deep in center field. It was his 10th homer of a season in which he hit 27 in just 74 games. (No video available.)

9. Giancarlo Stanton — 462 feet

Giancarlo Stanton hit a career-high 59 home runs in 2017, helping to earn National League MVP honors. His 48th of the season took place at home on August 25. Stanton absolutely demolished a slider from Travis Wood, sending the baseball onto the concourse behind the seats in left-center field. The home run had an exit velocity of 118.2 mph.

8. Giancarlo Stanton — 463 feet

The 41st home run of Giancarlo Stanton’s 59-home run season in 2017 also took place at home, giving Marlins fans plenty to cheer about. Stanton crushed a middle-of-the-zone changeup from Jeff Hoffman 463 feet, driving the ball to the Budweiser deck high above the field in left-center. The home run had an exit velocity of 114 mph.

7. Marcell Ozuna — 465 feet

Ready for a break from Giancarlo Stanton? Here’s a memorable big fly from Marcell Ozuna, who has also hit tape-measure home runs at numerous parks around the big leagues, including Busch Stadium, Truist Park and Tropicana Field. Ozuna’s longest in Miami came on July 30, 2017, during his final season as a Marlin. Ozuna smacked a hanging slider from Raisel Iglesias with an exit velocity of 114 mph, driving the baseball 465 feet onto the concourse in left-center field. It was his 24th home run of a season in which he hit a career-best 37.

6. Giancarlo Stanton — 467 feet

Giancarlo Stanton hit his 59th home run of 2017 in fine fashion, drilling the ball 467 feet with an exit velocity of 118.7 mph. The blast, which came on September 28, came off a slider from Rex Brothers and soared all the way to the concourse behind the seats in left-center field. The home run was just one foot short of his longest of 2017 — a 468-foot blast hit at New York’s Citi Field.

5. Jorge Soler — 468 feet

It takes a monstrous shot to reach the windows behind the concourse in left-center field, but that’s exactly what Miami’s Jorge Soler did against Seattle on April 29, 2022. Soler launched a fastball from Matt Brash 468 feet with an exit velocity of 117.6 mph. The home run was Soler’s second of the year, and he went on to hit 13.

4. Giancarlo Stanton — 475 feet

Injuries limited Giancarlo Stanton to 119 games and 27 home runs in 2016, but the slugger still had some memorable blasts. His longest at home was his 10th of the season, which came on May 6. Stanton lifted a low fastball from Hector Neris and drove it 475 feet onto — where else? — the concourse behind the seats in left-center field. The home run had an exit velocity of 112.8 mph.

3. Giancarlo Stanton — 478 feet

Most of Giancarlo Stanton’s home runs are to left field, but the slugger can also put on demonstrations of opposite field power. One such example occurred on May 16, 2015, when Stanton ripped his 11th of the season 478 feet to the right field side of the famous Miami outfield sculpture. The home run left Stanton’s bat at 115.2 mph and landed in the seats above the batter’s eye. (No video available.)

2. Giancarlo Stanton — 479 feet

Giancarlo Stanton hit his 26th of 27 home runs in 2015 off a hanging slider from St. Louis Cardinals starter Carlos Martinez. The June 23 blast left Stanton’s bat at 119.2 mph, which is the highest exit velocity on this list, and traveled 479 feet to the base of the windows behind the left-center field concourse.

1. Avisaíl García — 485 feet

The longest home run at LoanDepot Park in the Statcast era belongs not to Giancarlo Stanton, but to Avisaíl García — a slugger who has hit long home runs at many different parks around baseball. García’s record-setting shot in Miami came on May 14, 2019, when he was a member of the Tampa Bay Rays. García connected with a high fastball from Caleb Smith and drove the ball 485 feet over the batter’s eye in center field. The home run is the longest of García’s career and was the sixth-longest home run hit in 2019.

The 10 Longest Home Runs at LoanDepot Park are:

1. Avisaíl García — 485 feet

2. Giancarlo Stanton — 479 feet

3. Giancarlo Stanton — 478 feet
