Durham Bulls Athletic Park offers a lot of great things for fans, including an impressive selection of concession items. You’ll find plenty of things to eat and drink spread throughout the park and offered at concession stands, kiosks, and even in unique areas such as converted shipping containers. There are several stands along the covered concourse, but don’t shy away from checking out your options in the open concourses down the lines.

Begin your quest for Instagram-worthy grub at the El Jefecito Taco Stand in the left field corner. Its menu includes all sorts of street tacos, quesadillas, and burritos, each with an assortment of authentic toppings. Another good option for a big appetite is the Right Field BBQ concession near the right field foul pole or the Home Plate BBQ stand. The barbecue scene in North Carolina is huge, and you can enjoy it with items such as barbecue sandwiches, barbecue nachos, barbecue-topped hot dogs, and more.

The Pie Pushers Pizza concession behind home plate offers pizza by the slice and whole pizzas, and they’re far better than most of the standard ballpark pies you’ve had. The Home Plate Chicken stand carries wings, tenders, and even gluten-free tenders. It also offers spicy fried cauliflower for those who want the flavor of wings without the meat.

Sahlen’s hot dogs are available at concession stands on the first base side, third base side, and behind home plate. These stands also carry a selection of ballpark classics such as nachos, pretzels, and more. The 1st Base Sausage stand sells a variety of sausages, along with ballpark classics. DBAP even has a Chick-fil-A kiosk along the third base concourse, which carries a limited selection of fare.

For those who enjoy adult beverages, there are numerous drink kiosks are bar areas throughout the ballpark. Of note are Wicked Weed Craft Beer on the first base side, Foothills Beer Garden & Bar behind home plate, Lynnwood Brewing & Bar on the first base side, Jackie’s Landing & Bar in the right field corner, and Red Oak Brewing & Bar in right field.

While the food at DBAP is good enough to warrant arriving with an empty stomach, some fans have a snack and drink at Tobacco Road Sports Cafe. This lively establishment is situated in a building beyond the left field concourse. It has both indoor and outdoor seating; the latter is better, as it puts you just a few feet behind the outfield fence. One option is to enjoy some refreshments while you watch batting practice, and then make your way over to the gates when they open.
