The closest professional ballpark to Dow Diamond is Lansing’s Cooley Law School Stadium, which is 84 miles to the south. Because of the Midland’s location in the northern tip of Michigan, it’s almost certain you’ll be driving to Dow Diamond from the south — especially if your trip includes a stop at a Detroit Tigers game.
From south of Midland, take I-75 North to US-10 West, and then take the MI-20/US-10 BUS exit on the left into downtown Midland. Merge onto US-10 West/MI-20 West, which is also signed as Indian Street. Follow this road until you reach State Street, then turn left. You won’t be able to miss the entrance to Dow Diamond, which is located at the intersection of State and Ellsworth streets.
In the event you’re driving from north of Midland, take 27 to US-10 East, and then take the Bay City Road exit. Drive east on Bay City Road and merge onto US-10 West, then take the MI-20/US-10 BUS exit on the left into downtown Midland. Merge onto US-10 BR West/MI-20 West and turn left onto State Street. Follow State Street until you see the entrance to the ballpark’s lot.
From the east, take MI-25, which turns into US-10 West. Make the MI-20/US-10 BUS exit on the left into downtown Midland, and then merge onto US-10 West/MI-20 West, which is also marked as Indian Street. Follow the road, then turn left onto State Street and proceed to the ballpark’s parking lot.
From the west, take MI-20 to Main Street in Midland. Turn right onto Main Street and follow it until it ends. Here, the road meets up with State Street, which you will follow directly to the ballpark’s parking lot gate.
