Whitaker Bank Ballpark is located in a semi-residential part of Lexington, but it won’t take you long to reach the park from the highway. I-64/I-75, which is the major route you’ll likely take on your way to the city, runs just a few minutes to the east of the ballpark. Get off at Exit 113 and follow North Broadway Road for a few blocks. After you pass New Circle Road, you can’t miss Whitaker Bank Ballpark on your right.
The sizeable lots surrounding Whitaker Bank Ballpark mean there’s no shortage of parking. The team charges between $3 and $5 to park and if you’re early enough, you can park just steps from the front gate. But be wary about parking too close, or you’ll be cringing every time a foul ball leaves the yard.
If you’d rather save your parking money for some food or a souvenir, your best bet is to look for free street parking in the residential area on the other side of North Broadway Road, which is the main street that runs past the ballpark. You won’t be the only fan with this plan, so get to the park early to increase your chance of a good spot.
