It’s a cliché to say that there isn’t a bad seat in the house, but at Fifth Third Field, that’s the truth. The worst part of the seating situation at this ballpark is that the park’s coolest section, and one that ESPN called the “Best Seats in the Minors,” is only open to groups. The section in question is The Roost, situated in the right field corner and partially overhanging the field. How cool is that? You might be salivating when you see it, but the ushers will make sure you can’t get up there, unfortunately.
Otherwise, the seat you choose at Fifth Third Field depends on how close you want to be to the action. The 100 Level seats give you an up-close view of the field, and if you want to save a bit of money, the 200 Level seats are still nice and close.
The standing room sections in left and right field provide a fun view of the action and if they’re not crowded, make for a nice place to spread out a bit and relax while you enjoy the game. The Home Run Terraces, located in straightaway center, are reserved for groups, but there are plenty of places to stand around these sections if you enjoy a straight-on view of the game.
